DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery

We use a combination of Courier and Royal Mail delivery, depending on parcel weight and destination. We select the cheapest method of delivery to ensure that your purchase is received as quickly as possible and by the most cost effective service.
 
We dispatch within 48 hours of the order being received, and you would normally receive the goods within 2 working days of dispatch. However, please allow for external unavoidable conditions and public holidays. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting us for mislaid or lost items. 
 
We package all purchases using strong boxes, lots of bubble wrap, newspaper and GIFT WRAPPED sheets to ensure safe delivery to you.
 
In the very unlikely event of a breakage during delivery we offer a no quibble policy. All we ask is for a photo of the damaged item to be emailed to us before we make a refund

Carriage Charges

 

Our carriage and packing charges are calculated by weight and destination. The weight of each tile ordered is totalled and charged at the appropriate rate applicable for the destination.
 
We add a very small amount for the handling and packing, but we do not aim to make a profit from our p&p charges so you will find them very reasonable.
 
The total p&p amount is displayed once your address details have been entered in the checkout process and is based on weight, region and country of destination. 
 
 Shipping Abroad Charges
 
We are willing to ship abroad at additional cost. Please allow at least 28 days for receipt of your purchase item
